Refund and Returns Policy

At Oatlane, we prepare and deliver fresh smoothies, bowls, snacks, and catering orders with the highest quality standards. As our products are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

However, we value our customers and stand by the quality of our service. If there is an issue with your order, the following refund policy applies:

1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or not as described

  • The issue is reported within 30 minutes of delivery

2. How to Report an Issue

To request a refund:

  • Provide your order number, delivery details, and clear photos showing the issue

3. Refund Process

  • Once the issue is verified, the refund will be processed and credited within 3–5 business days to your original payment method

  • No cash refunds will be provided for online payments; all refunds are made digitally

  • In cases of cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The issue is reported after 30 minutes of delivery

  • The product has been consumed or altered

  • The dissatisfaction is based on personal taste preferences without any product quality issue
